Service Destination Lead (Ukraine/Poland)

Join UP! is a Ukrainian tour operator, which was founded in 2010, and is one of the strongest tour operators and the most powerful players in the tourism market of Ukraine. We work in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland and Romania.

In general, the portfolio of Join UP! has more than 40 directions. The tour operator’s portfolio includes more than 7,000 hotels available for reservation, of which more than 250 are exclusive.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a Service Destination Lead to join our team in Ukraine (which can be relocated to Poland). Be ready to travel all around the world! You will visit all our destinations and will be our ambassador there.

esponsabilități:

In this position, your main responsibilities would include:

Guest relations:

  • Excellent customer service skills and can maintain positive relationships with guests.
  • Ensures effective communication regarding travel details and responds to any questions or queries.

Interaction with suppliers:

  • Coordinates with host companies and hotels to ensure a high level of service for guests.
  • Checks hotels against quality standards and ensures compliance.
  • Manages any conflicts and provides prompt solutions.
  • Work with internal and external processes to improve the tourist experience at destinations.

Guiding:

  • Collaborates with guides to ensure their availability and qualifications.
  • Implements best practices and standards to ensure quality guidance.
  • Organize the preparation of destinations for the season and work on the implementation of updated products from the tour operator.

Hospitality:

  • Shows great hospitality and strives to provide guests with the best possible experience.
  • Proactively responds to guests’ needs and wants.

Cerințe:

We expect that our new team member has:

  • Has extensive experience in tourism and hospitality services at least 5 years.
  • Knowledge of the tourism market and its peculiarities in a particular destination.
  • Possesses a high level of English language, including official languages and languages of local communication.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable expressing thoughts and communicating with different cultures.
  • Ready to adapt to changes in the destination and respond quickly to unforeseen situations.
